Hacking Monster Hunter Tri freeze

Ok, I know there are millions of topics about that... but I tried so many things and still it won't work...

So here's what's happening, I'm using USB Loader GX and if I play monster hunter tri using ios249 it freezes after I select begin story and make a noise that makes me mad.
If I change to 222 or 223 it won't show nothing, just keeps frozen into a black screen.

I don't know what I'm doing wrong so I was wishing you guys could make a step-to-step to me.

I have a SD card, Homebrew Channel and USB Loader GX.

I just need help in the IOS installation, I have wi-fi connection in my wii.

For Monster Hunter Tri is IOS250, man. (I think)

IOS250 base IOS36 (or 37 i forgot)

Installing IOSX rev20:
I first choose ios version 250
Then I choose base 36
And slot 250

USB Loader GX I choose to use IOS 250.

I get the noise.

Tried to install with base 37

Damn noise.

What can I do?

Install cIOSX r20 in slot IOS249 base 56. Then it should work fine.

Version 249, base 56, slot 249, and choose 249 in USB Loader?
Is that so, FIX94?

Correct, then it should work! Otherwise choose 250 in the usb loader.

It works with 223 w/ Hermes V4 on my end. Try that out if you can't get it working on 249/250

This is the best IOS for the game (I'm also using it and everything works fine), but hard to use in usb loader gx, better in configurable usb loader or wiiflow. It's hermes cIOS223 v4 base IOS38 merged IOS37 to be correct

If all doesn't work, you can always play it of a dvd, at least that works without problems

can save you a lot of trouble.

Well, it's been a few years but now I run into the problem. I have a Wii Mini and I simply cannot play Monster Hunter Tri because I can only use cios d2xl-v1-beta2 with ios base 57 in slot 249, I have read all the solutions from various forums but they are for the other Wii models. The question is, can Monster Hunter Tri be played on a Wii Mini? Greetings

what? can't you try with the other d2x cIOS or with cIOS from hermes?

In the process of hacking the wii mini, these cios cannot be installed with another base according to this guide: https://wii.guide/cios-mini.html
Section II - Installing

Press continue, then set the options to the following:
Select cIOS: d2xl-v1-beta2
Select cIOS base: 57
Select cIOS slot: 249

Take a note of the version number under notes (IOS57-64- ending in either v31776 or v31775)

In my case when I tried to change to d2x v6 with ios base 37 in slot 250 or 251 because 223 did not give me the option, it did not complete in the next step giving me an error
