So last night my dumb ass updated my switch so I can play the new monster hunter. So I rehacked my switch with a fresh install so everything would work properly. When I tried to open AIO and checkpoint I kept getting errors. I updated my sigs and tried reinstalling two times now. am I missing something?

Switch fw 11.0.1
atmo 0.19
hekate 5.5.5

90dns testing utility v1.0.3 Working
Daybreak v1.0.0 Working
ftpd Classic v3.0.0 Working
ftpd Pro v3.0.0 Working
Gamecard installer v2.0.0 Working
GoldLeaf v0.9.0 Working
HB App Store v2.2 Working
JKSV v06.07.2020 Working
Kosmos Toll 4.0.0 Working
EdiZon SE v3.8.16 Working
Tinfoil v11 Working

.nro Launched Via HBM
Checkpoint v3.7.4 Error 2144-0001
.nro Launched Via HBM
AIO Switch Updater v2.4.2 Error 2168-0002
.nsp installed Via Goldleaf
AIO Switch Updater v2.4.2 Error 2002-6605

Certain homebrew applications need to be updated for firmware 12.0. Next time, be more responsible in not mindlessly updating your console.

So I'm having this same issue but I'm on 10.1.0 with ams 19.3. I inject hekate but load fusee-primary via the payload menu. I've updated my sigpatches.

I had issues with edizon and gave up a couple months ago then did other things, came back a while later. Time to update cfw, so I loaded up ams 19.3 and grabbed the sigpatches and gave edizon a try, same crash issues. So I did what had to be done, used chkdsk to fix my exfat SD, backed up the contents, formatted to fat32, set up a new SD with ams 19.3, sigpatches, hekate, moved over the nintendo folder and booted up. Everything working as it should, except for homebrew crashing (not everything), forwarders/custom nsp's not working except for hbmenu which is the same boat I was in before updating ams.

I read somewhere that throwing the switch into maintenence and then rebooting can fix it, which didn't work. I've been under the assumption that the sigpatches still work even if on lower firmware, am I wrong and do I need to find the sigpatches for ams 19.3 ON OFW 10.1.0 if they exist?

I can't even launch choidujournx without it crashing, aio switch updater horks when I initiate a download. Beside the nintendo folder the contents of my SD card is all new and updated files at this point.

So I updated via daybreak to 12.0.2 and I'm still in the same boat. Any recommendations?

Should I give what Homlet said here a shot?

Are you launching homebrew via title override?
