Mym's cannot be installed to consoles, csm's can. You create a csm using the original theme (000000xx.app) and modifying it using the theme mym file. But the *.app file is specific to your system menu version/region, so u would use the same mym file to create a unique csm for 4.3U, 4.2U, 4.3E, etc.
