How do I turn off "You cannot have trophies with this application" pop up when starting vitshell?

I've turned off all notifications but this still pops up!

Do this to remove this warning and be able to gain trophies again. This also works if you want to transfer saves from an account to another.

1. Use Vita Save Manager to export the save of the game you want to fix.
2. Open the save in Vitashell and enter the folder sce_sys.
3. Delete everything except sdslot.dat.
4. Open ux0/user/00/savedata and delete the save for the game you want to fix.
5. Import the save again. Even though it the slot may look empty, the save is still there.
6. Run the game!
(7). Export the save again just to have a fixed backup and make Vita Save Manager see the save. (Optional)

Hi, n00b here.

Can you confirm what you mean in step 2? Open the save in Vitashell? Are you able to confirm what the path may look like? I have installed Save Manager, and created a backup, but am unsure of the next step. The other steps looks fine though

Cheers

Well, just switched account and now have this exact problem, trying to do this fix. But I'm confused about step number 4 "Open ux0/user/00/savedata and delete the save for the game you want to fix."

What do I delete? I deleted the entire game save folder and I couldn't restore save backup because the slot file is also in the folder I deleted. Can anybody elaborate what I should delete?

Found another guide: https://psvitamod.com/saves/

It seems that step number 2 is different: "
Open the save in Vitashell and enter the folder sce_sys.", so I went to: user/00/savedata/GAMEID/sce_sys

This other guide is telling me to go to:
ux0:data/savegames/GAMEID/SLOT0/sce_sys

I'm going to try this and see if it works.

the first location is where saves are stored; the second is when you use save manager iirc. I know they're stored in the data folder anyway.
