I appreciate the thought of those who don't wish to view pornographic content for various reasons, thats a noble cause, however as we discovered in this thread theres plenty more ways to achieve it without that.
More likely than not you're just going to end up worse than you were before you started - probably very sexually frustrated in some way depending on age.
That said you're welcome to participate in whatever strange challenge you want, I doubt a month of it is going to leave any lasting health effect. Just don't be as silly as those "nofap" people or you'll end up with some less than ideal health conditions.

That does make some degree of sense, all I would say then is to make sure you don't ignore the signs if towards the end it starts negatively impacting your health. Best of luck on your journey towards self restraint.
