Hey, everyone! Just wanted to throw in a quick update to say that I haven't forgotten about you! I had folder blacklisting and pinning favorites just about ready but then my computer literally burst into flames lol (unrelated to the programming, don't worry, PSU power failure). So I'm hoping to be back around with a real update soon, once I rebuild. Take care!

I hope it was only the PSU that caught on fire

Hi, most of the applications installed by the HB store are detected in local installation (I see them all installed and checked in the HB store), and NSP file is bad way direction (switch/*file* instead of switch/subfolder/*file*)

Whew, what a month. Nice to see you all again! I finally have a PC again after much trial and tribulation.

(Edit, how about a two-for-one! .92 and .93!)

Changelog: [v0.93]
- Added a new panel in the settings menu where you can add blacklisted folders (they'll be skipped during search)
- Added the ability to pin your favorite apps to the top of the list for easy access

Hm, okay. I'll look into that some more and see if I missed anything. The alternate version of the nsp (attached) redirects to switch/homebrew_details/homebrew_details.nro if that is what you prefer.

@Chrscool8 Awesome app, support and willingness to add requested features. Not sure how I didn’t see this before now. My suggestion which is completely not needed is the ability to download the forwarder from within the app. This would make it close to seamless for those that find your app on the HB store and not make their way to this thread.

Thank you very much! Great thinking! I'll see what I can do!

Thanks so much for this, it's really really nice to use it over HB Menu!

If you're taking suggestions, I'd like to suggest adding something like a "thumbnail only" mode that would look like that menu when you have too many games installed on the switch, and it opens a screen that shows a grid of all the games, you know? Having that behavior to homebrews would be incredible.

Might as well drop some thoughts I was having. I could pretty easily just bundle the nsps in the main app and have them be able to be extracted anywhere right now because they're sooo tiny, but lately I've been thinking it would be pretty sweet to have a unified forwarder that launches it from either /switch/ or the alt /switch/homebrew_details/, depending which exists. I'll have to look into making my own nsps for that.

In addition to an nsp maybe an ability to launch it using Tesla if possible.

Did some research and made something neat! Enjoy this update!

--------------------------------------

Changelog: [v0.94]
- Added a new multi-forwarder nsp that you can install to your home menu so you can organize the actual hb-d.nro where you'd like as follows:
Using your favorite nsp installer, install the forwarder that is attached to this post or found in this location after running the app once:

sdmc:/config/homebrew_details/forwarder/HomebrewDetails_MultiForwarder.nsp

It will check for and launch this application from any of the following locations:

sdmc:/switch/homebrew_details.nro
sdmc:/switch/homebrew_details/homebrew_details.nro
sdmc:/switch/homebrew-details/homebrew_details.nro

- (Also an info panel with this information in the toolbox tab)

Thanks for this! A very nice feature would be an option to create an nsp homebrew forwarder extracting automatically icon, name and path from the nro

Thanks for this app. I'm having an issue with the new multiforwarder. When using the original forwarder, pressing '+' on the start screen would restart the app vs. killing it if started from launcher. That's fine, no issue. But with the new forwarder, this crashes atmosphere for me at least.

Thank you! That would be nice! Might be a little tricky but I'll definitely put it on my list.

Thanks for using it! And thanks for the report. Are you also on the latest version of the app? In v0.94 I changed that behavior to always restart back to HB-D instead of back to hb-m to solve that particular new problem. I'm thinking I'm going to add an option that allows you to choose "back to hb-menu" or "back to hb-d".

Hi, I am using AMS14.4 with hekate, I was unable to exit the app by pressing the + button, whenever I trying to exit it will begin to auto scanning the folders and return to homebrew selection page or it will return to the main UI if I turn off the autoscan feature, anyone facing this issue ? I didn't use the forwarder nsp, just nro version, it was fine with ver 0.93.

That would be because of the previous:

Buuuut since that was a quick fix, I've made another also very quick fix in adding a new settings option in...

---------------------------------

Changelog: [v0.95]
- Added a new setting of what to exit to (between hb-menu and hb-d).

v0.95 seems to crash when launching on sxos. It will scan all the way through and at 100% it will crash the OS and force SXOS to reboot. Does anyone know how to fix this? I'd love to try this out.

@Xdqwerty No you heard wrong, and don't believe till you experience yourself. Fallout 4 is one of my favorite games of all time. Yes it had issues early on, esp with older hardware like the xbox1, but it is awesome, esp now being 4k on Series S/X or PS5

Yea you right there, fallout 76 was a letdown, but it not that bad now, they have fixed slot of issues they had at launch. Biggest issue with Fallout 76 is its a pay to advance further type of game, which sucks
