ROM Hack How do I make a .unistore file? (for Universal Updator)

I want to make a .unistore file (store file for Universal Updater), but I can't figure out how. The guide on the UU website just explains where to put the file, not how to make one. So, how do I make one? I don't want to publish it to UU or anything, just have one for my use.
