Hello!
I have a Switch v1 stuck at the Switch Logo after installing the SX Core chip.
The solder is fine but it wont pass after the logo. All it was done on the console was an emunand creation.
It could be the dreaded wifi chip failing or a corrupted NAND, right?
Is there any way I could quickly rule one of them out?
Any tip is welcome!
Thanks!

Check your boot.dat and SXOS.bin file, since it boot correctly problem isn't the Chip. Why you installed SX core when you could have went with a Trinket M0.

I've installed many trinket and RCM-X86 before. This one is a patched v1... The serial is XAJ7005465 :/

What do you mean by SXOS.bin file?

He means the payload.bin

Is it possible to load android through TX SX Boot menu? If so you can check the wifi chip.

Important message :

Those that are having 'stuck on joycon logo' issues after installing their sx core, a solution seems to have been found theres attached this close-up corner of the erista motherboard with the area you should check, this two parts can be easy damaged when removing the nvidia metal shield and replacing it back. - EDIT: -- The Mariko motherboard, has similar two caps in that same area as highlighted in the above erista photo.

On some Switches the hardest part of the SX Core install is removing the spreader LOL.

Good job guys.
Man! Tell me about it...
In one of the consoles I spent 30 effing minutes trying to open that MF.
It's so hard sometimes!

Did one the other day and the heat shield popped right off after getting under one corner. Other ones have been pretty tight and a pain.

when i tried to learn to solder first tried old electronic boards, obviously just went to maplins got any old soldering iron and made a mess. better to practice on non-working shit before your prized console. its good to be gung-ho but know your limits.
