Hacking After 9.2.0 update, joycon not working with some homebrews

Does anybody experience the same issue with 9.2.0? I updated last night from 8.1.0 to 9.2.0; and I'm using the latest version of kosmos from sdsetup. It seems that joycon buttons are not working with most of the homebrews but touchscreen is ok.

These homebrews have issues atm from sdsetup:
1. AmiiSwap
2. Checkpoint (crashes on startup)
3. ldnmitm_config
4. NX-Shell

These homebrews worked fine out of the box from sdsetup:
1. EdiZon
2. Goldleaf
3. KosmosToolbox
4. KosmosUpdater

These homebrews are from my 8.1.0 backup, worked fine
1. Checkpoint
2. ChoiDujourNXv102

Can someone explain something about this? Thanks.

Firmware 9.0 introduced changes in the way homebrew applications that use buttons work. Ones that use the touch screen are unaffected. Simply update your homebrew applications for them to start working again.

    Well, from what I've heard from my parents, he had a seizure last night, perhaps an epileptic episode, fucking died, had a near death experience, my dad called the paramedics, they showed up, took him to the hospital, and he woke up covered in tubes, and started complaining.
