My Switch Battery percentage showing wrong measures. It turns off with 33-40% of power.
Is there fix for this problem?

I believe he is suggesting to send it to Nintendo for repair.
When a battery behaves like this is is often not a reporting issues but the battery being unable to provide the minimum current to sustain the device.

This is more than 2 years old console, no more warranty.
