It certainly doesn't for me.
I mean, it runs, but it fluctuates between 30 and 40 frames, sound is screechy and frameskip makes everything go very choppy.
You could maybe run an rpg or two, but it's not worth it. Gotta use virtual console injects for a good experience

Well, from what I've heard from my parents, he had a seizure last night, perhaps an epileptic episode, fucking died, had a near death experience, my dad called the paramedics, they showed up, took him to the hospital, and he woke up covered in tubes, and started complaining.
