A great number of GBA games use the "sappy" sound format. While most are usually focused on altering the soundtrack you can extract it as well.
A tool called sappy is what most people use. There are various versions around the place and I am not sure what the current best fork/version is. Still

Also some other tools

Warioware might be an exception as the devs of the that franchise often get a bit creative.

There are various other formats used, sometimes they are common formats like MOD audio and other times they can be proprietary (one of the spiderman games I think we normally have as an example, though several of those).

That said it won't do for midi/sequenced audio but you can always run the game in an emulator, if there is a sound test do that and if not find a point in the game where you can just let it play (or maybe use sappy to nuke any sound effects, assuming they are not just coming out of a channel you can just disable) and use loop back recording/emulator recording.

What do the other programs say?

If one of them will work then use that instead.

If not I would probably figure out a way to "disable" the later tracks (I don't know how it detects them offhand but https://www.romhacking.net/documents/462/ which I should have linked before likely details any header info or pointers you could blank out), rip the first and then go back and reverse it to rip the last if I wanted them.

That is assuming I did not just do a loop back.

the others programs says that this game doesnt uses the M4V format to be recognize by the program, only the GBAMUSripper
says that it has more than 44 songs

so i guess that warioware doesnt uses the sappy sound engine...
