This code here gives 9999/9999 HP in Dead Cells 1.5. It works just fine. When you get into the higher difficulties though you can still die as there are enemies that can do attacks of much higher than 10k and they can kill you pretty easily. Is there anyway this could be updated for 99,999 health or 999,999 just to be 100% sure it's truly unlimited?

Second is the 255 skills code. Any chance there is an easy way to modify this to something other than 255. The 255 is nice one hit kills and all but if it's easy enough to modify I'd like to play around with it and try some other lower skill options that can still take out a lot of enemies easily but still let you have some fun with the boss fights. hoping it's maybe just one line or so that I can play around and see what feels best and then share my findings.

Just change the 270F to er....whatever 999999 is in hex. And the same thing applies to the lines ending in FF, just change them to sometime similar to 0x28(40)

@Gamerjin: Thank you! I'm trying to learn a bit about how the codes work and that since I know there are so many games and so many requests so hoping to maybe make some myself for future games. Glad to see that these changes are pretty easy.
@dsrules: Guess that explains why using the 255 cheat they get the ability to do that much damage and negate the infinite health sometimes. I didn't start using that cheat until getting into cells 3+ and never occurred to me that's how it worked and why they were putting out so much insane damage. Personally my biggest issue was just that it made boss fights too easy since damage scales but health does not and was hoping to experiment with some different numbers that made the higher difficulties fun but not so insanely easy.
