thats for people just starting out and you only get one starter
You need to enable this cheat after you disable any custom wild encounter cheats in order to 'reset' the wild encounters back to normal.

Lol, of course not. All forced encounters are super not legal and don't pass the legality checks.
Nobodies ever been banned trying to trade hacked Pokémon as far as I know. Mainly because it would catch too many innocent people who got hacked Pokémon in local trades who were unaware.
