Hello,
I have a working emummc (partition based) in a 128 gB card. I'd like to transfer it to a 400gB card and I can't seem to find a way to dump the emummC so I can inject it on my new card.
I've been using DD for windows to dump the partition, but the dumped file doesn't have the correct file size, it is 29 gB and it should be 29.2 gB. I can't seem to find the problem. I've checked via hexadecimal and the dump seems to be correct, it's just not complete for some reason.
My ultimate goal would be to have the following setup:
- Sysnand: 4.1 (clean backup, my fuses are still 4.1 compatible)
- EmuMMC 1 (partition based): clean updated nand for online purposes and cart/eshop games (I know this is not ban proof, but it's the closest to it)
- EmuMMC 2 (partition based): offline "dirty" nand with no worries about nsp, using homebrew, amiibo etc.
Also I'd like to know if it does make any sense to keep sysnand in 4.1 if I'm not going to use pegaswitch as long as I update trough choidujoir. If a coldboot solution finally comes all I'd need to do is backup my current nand, transfer to emummc to keep using it and restore my clean 4.1 backup right? Or will I somehow lose my chance to downgrade to a clean 4.1?
Thanks
