Just transfer the folder in this format: atmosphere/titles/<title_id>/cheats/<build_id>.txt. Download the rar file on page 1 of this thread provided by Skittledash. Not sure if you need to load edizon first, but the cheats show up in game automatically.

From my earlier 'hard' save slot, 'maddening' seems to work on the 1st battle in the game. When change to infernal, the enemy unit missing, so cannot complete the battle XD.
Im not playing further, just test the 1st battle only.
