Insomniac goes from developing the all time classic Spyro series to a super hero movie. That's a downgrade in my opinion. Hopefully they go back to developing original IP's again.

Well, the Spyro series was really good to be honest... but I like Spiderman way more than any Spyro.
I don't know, perhaps a matter of taste.

The numbers I could find say 9 million sold..
That's very good for a single console, but a long way to go until Halo (60 million) or even new super Mario bros (31 million)

Even if I didn't hate the ps4 controller layout, seeing as I find it uncomfortable when compared to an Xbone unit, I wouldn't get a PS4 for just one game. And considering how useless a stock ps4 is to me otherwise, it's not worth it for me to consider a PS4 that isn't jailbroken, if not already running full CFW.

No Spiderman, Superman or Green Goblin for me. I'd rather play a light hearted original IP than a dark comic book based game.
