I should have said:
Based around ST:TNG and all subsequent copies of Babylon 5 they attempted
So they saw the Bab5-Pilot, wanted to copy that and then travelled back in time, so that they could air the pilot for their "copied" show a month before Bab5?
Works on PAL, just brickblocked it.
Game itself looks very nice - just had a quick skirmish as one of the dominion vs klingons. I lost.

That wouldn't be necessary if, for example, Paramount had seen all the B5 development, background and script outlines for the first season say, a few years earlier in '89.....
Mind you it was JMS who said that.

this game is pretty much a star trek themed version of RISK
it's not particulary indepth but surprisingly addictive - the races aren't very well balanced however as certain races get far better upgrades and special weapons compared to others. More importantly some of the weaker races also have the worst starting positions (i.e. stuck in the middle and get picked off).

I wan't it.... It's one of the best FPS-es!
Because of Activasion has right for "Elite Force" and Bethesda for "Star Trek"... I guess.
And why not Borg as playable?
