Hi! I need some help with the NSC Builder

Been using it for quite a time now to build game+update+dlc XCI packs for running on SXOS, nothing unusual there, but, for the new games (like Cuphead) the program doesn´t seem to work, and, since it´s meant to run on 8.0.1 (the status of my emunand) I wonder, does the programs need to be updated or something to build these newer games? If so, how?
