Hello whoever reads this,

I have my 3DS set up with Luma, and Twilight Menu ++ to play NDS games. The problem I am having is that some games show up as a black square with a "?" and say no info. I know these roms work as I've been installing and uninstalling to try to fix the issue as well as doing searches but I've yet to find a solution to this exact problem.

Example: the 1st day I did this Aliens worked as well as a few other games. I deleted everything and then re-added them, then nothing worked. Lastly I deleted everything again, added a few, and they worked. Then I added the rest and a few more worked but the majority wont work. I've tried installing to different folders and everything. If it helps I have 40 working games currently, the rest show the "?" no info thing. I'm also sure the roms work because I put them on my kids DS.

Thank you to whoever can help, i just want to get these to work so I can move on to other projects.

I may have come up with a solution. I started adding games 5 at a time to the microSD card. Maybe it had something to do with the number of files or the combined size of the files transferred at one time. Could also be the adapter I'm using to plug the SD card into my PC.

What I did find out also is once a file "Fails" you wont be able to try it again until deleting all the ROMS and starting the file transfer process over again.

Well that didn't fix it either and I tried 3 different adapters. I noticed when games started "failing" to transfer to the SD the progress bar looked a certain way as seen in the image I am attaching.

I'm out of ideas if anyone can help.

copy what you have off and do a test w/ h2testw as it sounds like a: your cards failing or b: you have a fake card https://3ds.hacks.guide/h2testw-(windows).html

yep that ment your 32GB Card was fake and/or dying. did you also out of habit check the 128GB? (its far rarer with retail chains or their online shops but fakes/defective ones can still slip into the supply chain)
