When I use adrenaline to play my psp games from my sd2vita all is well but why do I have to restart my whole vita and run h-encore again if I pop out the sd2vita card. Its like when I want to play a vita game I switch cards then when I want to play a psp game I pop the sd2vita back in and run adrenaline nothing shows up. I just restart and load everything back up and all is well.

No big deal just more curious really. 3.68 hencore vita. Also going into adrenaline setting its still set to uma0 for my psp games which is normal for me.

Because you are on 3.68, only 3.60 and 3.65 users get access to Enso, modification allowing permanent CFW, if you have a 3G 1000 series unit you can get a PSVSD. Vita games only run off ux0, but for emulator and PSP stuff you can run them off uma0.

Install enso, you won't have to rerun h-encore every boot you run it once and it stays permanent. You'll need to downgrade to 3.65 or 3.60 though.
