I'd say your safe ordinarily, but your circumstances are odd. If there wasn't too much content on the switch I wouldn't worry about it and just get a new one and keep it clean. It doesn't make sense to potentially waste 200+ dollars on a new switch to get back $40 in dlc

i have heard of story of player in splat getting ban because it looked like he was cheating since he got too many head shots lol

You must have some mad skills.

I don't suppose you could record your skillz on your phone, on single player or something, and use that as proof. Tagging someone important on twitter with video proof seems to be helpful nowadays :P
