Gaming Anyone able to edit/generate pokemon for Let's Go games and trade them?

As the title, anyone who can do that? I have LGE and am only missing... the Mew.
Now, here's the thing however, from what I know, the Mew one gets from Pokeball Plus receives the OT of the actual player, unlike all distributions. As such, what I'd like to request is a Mew with my own ID/OT, with the rest randomized (but I guess sticking to what a legit Mew would have, so if it has guaranted number of full IVs, then that many full IVs).

There is a Pokemon Let's Go Save Editor. Combined with Edizon for switch this is easy to do.

Specifically this: https://github.com/kwsch/PKHeX

It can generate and save a mew in the form of a Mew from the Pokeball controller. Even giving you as the OT.

Yes, I know those tools exist, but, it requires me to go into RCM, right? Won't that put my switch at risk of being banned? I know some people around here offered to gen a single pokemon like that (tho most of them I didn't see online in ages sadly) due to having 2 switches, one modded to gen, and a legit one to offline trade with the modded switch then online trade from the 'clean' one.
