I order r4s dongle I did everything as it said to do but when I go hold up volume and power it says on the dongle there should be a red light well it starts to turn red then goes right to blue nothing happens is there something I'm doi g wrong

Simple english.

make video with your smartphone. record what you are doing with your switch.
check if you have a micro sd card in your switch.
show us files from your micro sd card.

you want to boot what? Atmoshpere? SX OS? Other software?
