Delete the license.dat, take license-request.dat (after deleting it and letting it regenerate just to make sure it's correct) and upload to their website and enter the new license key?
License key can be used 1 time per switch. It is linked to switch console. Buy a new one (or)
Better wait for EmuNAND since its being develop as we speak on ATMOS.
After using SX OS. The Support for homebrew is horrible and the fact that things are are just mostly recycled/reused ATMOS coding. No Kip support.
Only thing it has really done is provide EmuNAND which I will happily delete off my switch after ATMOS one is developed. Also XCI loading is piracy and just really an inconvenience for a person like me who uses his Switch on the go.

If you meant you are using a license that had been used on another unit then it doesn't work, license is linked to a specific unit once it is activated.

Problem might just be your SD card or the dongle you use, I don't use dongle as I have internal mod chip. Perhaps the problem is the SD card as it looks for that there.

I'm not sure he is trying to use a old license. I believe he stated that he was using a sxos pro dongle that was used on a different console to boot his up in sxos. Now that he has sxos he is trying to activate it with a new license key but the issue he is having is that the license request file that generates gives him the license.dat file of the old used pro dongle and he can no longer generate a useable license.dat file for his switch. It even seems that booting to sxos through the PC instead of the sxos pro dongle is still generating the license request file from the old license of the sxos pro. I hope this makes it a bit easier to understand for those who want to help. I know this is an issue I ran into a while ago but couldn't resolve myself.
