Hacking Question Can't access my User page

I recently upgraded to the latest firmware and then downgraded back to 6.2.0 but now I can't access my User Page. I'd like to be able to see the games I've played and the hours I've put into them. But now it's telling me I need to sign in to my Nintendo account again or update.

I tried updating again to the latest firmware using ChoiDujour and turning off 90DNS (stupid I know) but then it just asks me to boot off the console and try again. any possible way to fix this? I have no problem getting banned aslong as I can still access my User page that's all that matters really..

If you're on 6.2 right now you wont be able to link it if you're not on the latest firmware.

I can upgrade and downgrade using Choidujour without burning fuses.
When I'm on the latest firmware it tells me to turn my system off and on when trying to access the user page.. And when I'm on 6.2.0 it tells me to update.
So I have no issue updating again.. Just not sure what to do from there as it asks me to sign into my Nintendo account and update my system even while on the latest firmware 7.0.1
