Hi guys, i've commented other threads, but i think i have to open one mine to explain all the problem.

I cant' boot the console, nothing with ofw and the same with cfw. I'm following the rajkosto guide to restore a firmware using Choidujour and HacDiskMount, but the problem is it doesn't recognize the biskey 3, to access to the USER partition. So i'm quiet sure that this is the problem because the console can't boot and give me the error 2002-4686.

I've found this post https://gbatemp.net/threads/hacdiskmount-fail.533001/ with someone who had the same problem, but differently then him, i don't have a backup from hekate. I've got a backup from sx os, without the USER partition separately (however i've got this problem since i've tried to restore that backup).

Any ideas to restor the access to USER partition?

Do you have any full backups ? of any system version ?

You should always make a full backup,

I have a great idea for you, Its a maybe may not work at all,
But have you tried recovery mode,?
and then factory reset, may fix the partition,

or a gpt restore? With the gprtrestore Payload

Like i said the above may not work but worth a shot,
Il always use hekate to make a backup, never any other method,

If you have a old backup, you can take the user partition from that and place on your switch..

@Canna Thanks for reply!
I think my backup is complete, but maybe corrupted.. unfortunately i did it with sxos only, not with hekate, and i think i can't separe user partition from that.

I've alredy tried the recovery mode, but if i select factory reset, when the console reboot give the same error :(

Was you able to mount the user partition in the first place ???

I'm thinking somehow your key got corrupt, not sure how in hacdiskmount,Or what you have done..
But i know one thing,

Speak to @rajkosto

He will help you fix the issue if you ask him nicely,
He will be able to assist you correcting your error, or by helping you apply the biskey you need to the userpartition..

So I had this same problem I did a downgrade from 9.0.0 to 8.1.0 like a dummy took me 3 days but found the fix in hacmount run and save your biskeys if user bin dont match mount it and format it then go back to user bin put bis key 3 in and boom it will match its cause the offset number on your nand was drity after that go to your system bin and mount and find your save folder go in there and delete everything except a file with 120 at the end reset and run your payload in my case I had to make a fat32 sd card cause I didnt have exfat support anymore so I ran hekate go to launch stock frimware you will be greeted by the red switch logo. Yes I lost my saves but hey better then a paper weight. I hope this helps people your switch is not bri KD if you have a drity nand just your keys are not lining up. After all this I ran choidujournx with 9.0.0 frimware and reupdated my system but before you do this I strongly suggest back up that nand now cause who wants to go thur that again . Any way choidujour nx select my frimware this time hit 9.0 exfat the patches the drivers for exfat for your sd card reader and after the progress done reboot in rcm and run your fav payload and you should have a working switch again. I figure post my info on my findings hope it help brighten your day.

I can do this procedure even if I have not backed up before, on my switch I can only open the sx os unlock screen, if I open it normal, go to error screen 2002 4686, now, on the sx screen, I can even do it the backup, but everything is already screwed, I don’t even know if it’s going to work, and when doing the procedures, there’s an error in the bisKey 3 user, the test fails, then I can’t continue

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

I'm from Brazil and I'm sending it translated by google, sorry if there are errors
