Good day to everyone first of all I have recently discovered the game Inazuma Eledven Go Galaxy and wanted to patch it by Fanpatch in German because there is unfortunately none but I wanted to make out of fan love for the games series gladly one only how exactly does one do such a thing ?
There's never an universal way to mod every game, even if the games are from the same console.
Each company utilizes proprietary tools to pack their files, each company utilizes different file formats in their games...
You'll need to study this specific game, unpack the .cia/.3ds, find the text files, find a tool that can unpack/edit these files and go back all these steps back to .cia/.3ds!

As I've said, every game has it's very specific way.
With this tool you can do exactly what its name say, but you'll need to look yourself for the text files, finding these ones, you have to figure a way to edit then.

Or, I also heard that if you use flash memory, it can act as more "RAM" at least windows tell me when I stick a flash drive into it. -
