and I accepted the 1000 TP medals and my save was never wiped? I was the original uploader of the TP dlc, but I tried it on a diff SD and it worked fine

How can I use that save with checkpoint?,when I restore the save, in the game, it tells me that I can not use it,i have te ultimate update.

It looks like latest update nullified the save like they did with Wii U.
