You have given literally NO information whatsoever! What are you trying to do? When WHAT loaded? Which 4 titles? What's your setup? And so on, can't help you if you don't help us understand your issue in detail first...
Sorry im bad at this. It would start up as normal and when all of the titles are supposed to display, the only titles that display are FBI, Moto GP, Pac-Mac Collection, and Super Street Fighter 2 - The New Challengers. The app is on v1.4.0.

Well, just doing a VERY quick search, I see Homebr3w gets titles off titledb.com, which has been discontinued, meaning ALL such apps no longer work, you have to get your homebrews manually at this point (reason why FBI's title database function doesn't work either anymore. There is an alternative being made, but it's in far to early stages to recommend.
