It's not going to happen because M$ forbids from releasing emulators thru their store . When someone did it, allowing sideload of something using another app, they removed it from the store. The only possibility would be a jailbreak of the retail mode of xbox one, allowing to execute non signed software, or someone cracking the signing mechanism, creating packages usable on a retail xbox one.
Both are highly unlikely at the moment. The xbox one seems to be a tough nut to crack (pun inteded) :-)
