On the website I found very helpful cheats for the game Dark Souls. However, it can only be viewed if you have a VIP status as a member. Would there be anyone with this status who could share the offsets with us?

...They can't hunt you down for sharing cheats. That's like saying I found the offset for something like unlimited % on Smash and put it behind a paywall, claiming it's mine when in reality, anyone with enough patience can find the offset. So no, they can't do anything to you.

Those Codes looks like IDA disassembled code. So you could unpack the game and load the "main" file in IDA. Find the offsets and search the values with sx code engine. Maybe you have to find a codecave and write your own code. But it's not that easy like SX Cheat Engine Search.
