Try booting into XeLL first, see if that works and reboot the xbox.

Other things you could try is building a newly hacked NAND with JRunner (use your NAND backup for this)
You also might want to try a clean launch.ini file on a USB thumb drive.

Thanks for these, i have only just gotten round to dealing with it. I do not think i have a nand backup (the console was second hand) and I am unable to get it to get past the boot screen (it did boot into dashboard previously and I was able to run games etc, but something happened, possibly with the server?) Would appreciate anywhere I can read up on this stuff rather than keep bothering you guys. Thanks!

If I have an xbox 360 2010 slim with fw 2.0.17526.0 can I get it RGH'ed?

Yep.
It's a Trinity.

It does! First time!

Currently looping::

looking for files on local media and TFTP:
TFTP no anwser from server / packet send error
(then it tries sda/ dirs and loops.)

Good.
That means that there's likely a problem with your FSD/Aurora installation.
Can you plug your harddrive (if you have it) into your PC and check the launch.ini settings?

Alternatively, you can write down your CPU key and build a new NAND for your console.
This is a little drastic but it could be used as a last resort.

Thanks, I will try that next if this doesnt work.. I actually let it sit at the boot logo for ten minutes and it eventually has booted into dashboard. I think i need to launch XeX Menu and delete launch.ini?

Hmm, go into dashlaunch and set a path to load FSD from a USB.
Plug in a USB with FSD, see if that makes any difference.

Strange, it now looks like a vanilla dash, I cannot see any games/apps. When I click on Storage it freezes the console. I will attach the HDD to PC.

Sounds like a dying HDD.

Take it out and run FSD from a USB for the time being.
See if it makes any difference.
If it does then it could be that your HDD indeed is dying.
Replacing it is the only option then.

Thanks, after a long pause/freeze it is saying the HDD is Unformatted. I can reformat it with the serial.
I did pull it out once when powered off, cant see how but perhaps that forces a wipe?

Yeh, it's likely dying.
I'd say bin it and get a new one.

If it previously was working before it said it's "unformatted" I wouldn't trust it anymore.
Data loss is likely to occur more and more.

So when the flash is done on the matrix v1 the LED stops lighting up when plugged into the jr programmer right?
Yes, and the log window in Jrunner should show the XVSF as flashed with no errors. Iirc it says it completed. I think it does that obnoxious ding sound as well.

Hey guys. Over the weekend I tried to RGH1.2 my Jasper (512MB) using the guide from this thread. I have read the NAND, created the ECC, and written the ECC, but when I program the glitch chip (Matrix v1, programmed with the JR-programmer), it doesn't want to boot. I tried routing the wires differently, and I've made the wires as short as I can, but it still doesn't want to glitch. If I disconnect the wires and reflash the original NAND, it boots fine, so the board is not fried. I used some wires from an old ethernet cable I had lying around, which is, as far as I can tell, either AWG22 or AWG24 (which is a little bit bigger than the cables recommended in the tutorial), and I used some even bigger wire when soldering to the VCC and ground. Do you guys think that might cause the issues? Here are some photos of the soldering job and the wire routing (I know, some of the joints doesn't look that good). I'd be very happy if you guys could help me out

Edit: forgot to say, I tried all the timing files in the .rar archive, but none worked

Get different wires, Ethernet cable wires aren't meant to be used to solder connections.
Also don't shorten them to much, you should short them bit by bit to achieve bettering boot times.

Soldering wise it looks fine.
Perhaps try a few different timing files, make sure you keep away from MOSFETs
