Oh wow, you're lucky. Because of what happened to FreeShop and CIAngel, you would've lost your games. If I'm reading correctly, these are cartridge dumps right?
And by the way, is this exception a real problem or issue ? I mean, does it lead to other major problems ?

I guess, I think that cias are, as you said, cartridge dumps,but I am not 100% sure about this, i am really new in the world of 3ds hacking.
I only asked that because if you were to do a CTRTransfer, you'd lose those games. Since your games are legit, you'll be fine. One last thing I want to try though.
Try booting your 3DS while holding start to go into GodMode9, go to [0:] SDCARD, select gm9, and then select out. Are there any files that end in "sysnand_000.bin" in the folder?
I only have 2 things on my gm9 : the scripts and support.

By the way, is Fire Emblem a FreeShop downloaded game?
Hold select on startup, and uncheck the ARM11 exception handlers, and hit start to boot.
Having that selected as (x) means you want Luma3DS to ignore all ARM11 problems. In a typical custom firmware setup, you actually want your 3DS to crash to prevent further instabilities ruining your NAND and SD setup. This is probably what caused your problems to crop up in the first place.
The reason the option exists is for those who use game modding plugins that need that exception handler disabled.
From helping other people who have that option selected, I've only seen more trouble than good from it.
Creating a SysNAND backup while your current n3DSXL setup isn't functioning properly isn't going to do you any good because if you restore the 3DS with that image, you just revert it to a state that it is in right now.
Edit - You make a SysNAND backup when the n3DSXL is working correctly.

It's on the guide page at the top. Select the one for your model, which I'm assuming is a USA New 3DS, and download it using one of the clients @TurdPooCharger suggested.
welp, i have done the ctrt and my games just disappeared and in the fbi they appear as numbers

That means you lost your tickets and the 3DS no recognize your games in the Nintendo 3DS folder. If you reinstall your games, any saves and progress you've made will be overwritten and lost. There's a way to recover those saves, but it's a really round about way.
Look here for some reference in how to do it:
For best practice, use a save manager such as Checkpoint and/or JKSM to backup your saves from now on.
Ok , dont worry, from the titles I had, I only played one, so I will just install them over again. The title I was playing has a save of JKSM. Now , the exception shouldn't happen anymore , right ? Thank you very much for your help.
