Hey! I'm wondering why I'm getting this error.
I successfully booted into RCM mode and got Reinx and Tinfoil installed, but when I try to install the games I got from Bob's CSNDP GUI version 4.1.1 I get this process on the screen. This one is for when trying to install Megaman Legacy Collection:

"Preparing install...

Failed to register 3f04fbc7669f5c1715e884f803ebabc9.cnmt.nca It may already exist.

This is the initial process after after it fails to register the NCA's and when I go to the home screen it shows the furthest left icon loading as if it is about to show the icon for the game, but it just stays stuck "loading" where the game icon should be. Then I go back into Tinfoil to attempting to install the same file, but this time the error message is different and shows this:

"Preparing install...
Installing CNMT NCA...
Failed to install NSP!
CreatePlaceholder:18: Failed to create placeholder. Error code: 0x00000405
Done!

Press (B) to return."

I am on Tinfoil 0.2.0 and I have a 200 GB microSD so space isn't the issue.
When I install the NSP's it gives you the choice to "Ignore Required Firmware Version". Should I click "YES" or "NO" on that?
Any help would be much appreciated.

Remove your sd Card and boot into Stock Horizon. It will now show the normal title instead of the loading Icon and a Cloud next to the name of the title. Just uninstall the game in the settings. Now try reinstalling it.
I would delete the NSP on the SD Card and copy it to it again just be sure there was no error while copying the game to the SD Card.
