Thanks. I didn't know about SciresM.
So put simply put the Switch in offline mode when using a backup is safe for the ban ?
As I said, we don't know yet what's exactly safe and what isn't. An unauthorized modification always comes with the risk of a ban. I can't tell you that playing backups offline and using any other online functionality is safe, because that's not true (we don't know yet). Therefore, I can only recommend you to take your console offline before you use any sort of hack or homebrew and keep it offline afterwards. At least until we know more.

Does anybody know if I were to borrow my friends Switch Cartridges and dump them (not posting anywhere etc) could I play online with them and be safe?
Or if I actually owned a few games could I dump them and not have to carry around my game cartridges?

I'm more curious about using my friends cartrdiges though

Actually, we don't know yet for sure. It could be safe, but I wouldn't be so hasty and risk a ban. I think it's better to wait until we know more and can say more likely what is safe and what isn't.

Ok - I'm confused, I read some posts about people playing backups without any SX PRO, but I can't find any Atmosphere release. Is Atmosphere already released or will it come "soon"?

You have two options to load backups on your nintendo switch console for now:
1) LayeredFS
2) SX OS
Difference: LayeredFS is free, SX OS isn't. LayeredFS doesn't work on any firmware, SX OS does work on any firmware. LayeredFS is a bit more difficult to install than SX OS. Both can get you banned if you use them while your switch is connected to the internet.
You can find more information, including how to install them, in the different switch sections.

We can currently run backups via LayeredFS Backup Loading (LBL) but it is not designed for end-users in mind so only tackle it if you're willing to run into a lot of errors trying to get it set up. Otherwise, Atmosphere is still being developed constantly so its release is still soon.

1- Can i play games connected to dock and it will be charged?
2- Inside SX OS, im on RCM Mode?
3- what i have to do to have AutoRCM safe? i mean, use it, and not to drain my battery?

Sorry about my english.

1- Yes
2- Yes
3- Do not let the Switch battery ever fully drain or reach 0%

With AutoRCM, the Switch will boot into RCM anytime it is turned on which can include pressing the power button, removing it from the dock, or trying to charge it. The charge rate is severely diminished in RCM while the Switch has AutoRCM installed. As long as you charge the Switch outside of RCM, you will be fine.

So if i undestand, when im playing inside SX OS im in RCM Mode, and when im playing inside RCM Mode with my switch docked my battery will be at 100% all time...

All i have to do is be careful when i want to stop playing... i have to shut down pressing the power button for 12 seconds and i will be fine? thats the only cares i have to take?

You will have to momentarily undock it to reboot SX OS when you shut the console off, but if you immediately put it back in your dock then yes, it will remain at 100%. An alternative is to leave your console in sleep mode that way you don't have to worry about re-entering RCM or reloading SX OS. To be 100% safe, you can power off completely manually however using the power off from the Switch menu should be just as safe.

why would you even use AutoRCM?

Different question:

To play backup files (.xci): Can I just put the files on the root directory of the microSD using my windows PC or how does that work?

Your console isn't in RCM when you have booted to SX OS. If that would be the case you couldn't charge it while you are in SX OS. Just don't turn off your console and keep it in sleep mode.

If you don't want to use a jig to enter RCM, you can use AutoRCM.

For your other question, .XCI files go on the root of the SD card and not in any folders.

i've read that sleep mode its not compatible with all versions, its that true?

So you say that i can put in sleep mode (only press once the power button) and put it on the dock and it will be charging safe?

thanks a lot my friend

With SX OS, sleep mode is compatible on all firmwares. Hekate does not support sleep mode on all firmwares. Unless you are using Hekate to boot TX's CFW, you have nothing to worry about in regards to sleep mode. So, you will be fine leaving your console in permanent sleep mode using SX OS.
