You don't need one, AFAIK - just set the version requirement (the option that has 0.00 and 3.60 as defaults) to 3.65 and supply the psp2updat.pup...Just found this thread, I can't find an eu version of any game that has 3.65. I think flow recently said for those above 3.6, it's better to stay at 3.65. I'm on 3.63. So I might have to use QMCA if I don't find that.
Only issue, is if I use qmca, i'd have to find the EU xml.

Besides, with the new exploit being unreleased yet and no downgrader on any version existing yet, 3.63 is fractionally better than 3.65 - unless of course any 3.65 games outweight it!
Yeah, you can always go 3.63 to 3.65 if something is made for 3.65, but you can't do the opposite without a motherboard replacement...So you recommend I stay on 3.63?

Neither is likely (the new - and most importantly - future exploit is supposed to be for 3.67 first/only), but as said you can update when something is actually out; treat every claim you can't download and install yourself as speculation (regardless of plausibility of the claim or of who made it) and you won't be disappointed when it gets delayed or worse
