You should be able to do it (put your name on it, even without proper game activation). I bought a second hand vita that was still linked to the last owner PSN account. I could factory reset it, install HENkaku then Enso (and adrenaline 6fix), and log in my PSN account (spoofing a 3.65 firmware). This vita is not (game) activated (I have already 2 other portable devices activated on my account, so I can't activate another device anyway without deactivating one already activated device + I guess it's not possible to activate a 3.60 console lately, even with the old PS3 trick). But I can (spoof and log) into my account...

Great, I'll try spoofing before logging into PSN.

It worked:

-I reset the system (hold r, ps button, and power, then select option 4.).
-Installed Henkaku
-turned on spoofing to 3.65 in henkaku options.
-turned OFF automatic system updates
-Then I logged into PSN fine.

Be aware that when you reset the system, you will have to go through the entire henkaku / enso / sd2vita process over again. It wipes all your saves (and games) and I dont think you can use old saves because its a new psn account. You can probably hack a really important save to work on the new account. I'll try my old saves later. I wish I could use PSN patches like I could with PS3 but I think they link the patches to games in my account so it wouldnt work.
