I used the screw driver so many times on the back plate one of the screws is worn out and cant un screw it

If you have a cfw, then use apps like FTPd on the 3DS, and use programs like Filezilla, WinSCP etc on your PC. Transfer via FTP is slower but it prevents you from taking the back off all the time.

Microsd manager (in settings) or ftp are your options.
