I'm still trying to wrap my head around that one, but I just took notice of it. Of course, I can't mention what site it is and all that, but I just noticed a particular site that has a copyright notice on the footer of their page. Can anyone make sense of that? I'd love to see them try to battle that one in court, if someone tried to steal their creative works.

What does that have to do anything? Just because they hold ISOs, or what not doesn't mean they can't copyright their site.

Chooblet.

It's fairly unlikely that they're ever going to pursue anyone for infringement though? yes/no?

Thank you.

I was becoming afraid that no one on this site could comprehend just how moronic it is to try and copyright site design on a site dedicated to downloading ROMs.

Anyway, it was just an observation of something insanely silly. I just wonder what the site owners could have been thinking when they put a copyright notice on the site.
