The dumps made using Amiibitz 1.1.4 and later should be correct though, but are not available (no bank for now).
So the tag you write with actual dumps may one day not work anymore.

Did you tried to "lock" the N2?
If this not helps, try to clear the N2, set banks to 1 and add everything again.
It's taken care of already. Code and updates are ready to publish by the developer of Amiibitz if this will ever be the case that Big N try to block anything. It won't be published until anything changes, so lean back and enjoy.
Can anyone confirm that the Powersaves+Powertag still work? They're cheaper to get in the UK than the N2.
From what I read yes, it's just an NFC writer. You can use amiibitz as well.

Oops I don't think it's amiibitz, it's another bit of software that is compatible with powersaves and N2 but I forget the name as I do not need those devices since I have an NFC capable phone.

im new to all this spoofing and editing amiibos but with software from this site link you gave can i use it to write to the powertag that came with Powersaves? im planning on purchasing this since it is cheaper than N2elite and just use the Powertag that came with it to emulate an amiibo..
No, the problem is that the token data for some amiibos is not a 1:1 copy of the real amiibo data thus it would be possible for Ninty to make it not work while still allowing the originals to work. Think of it as a bad dump/overdump of a ROM image. While it may still work fine in emulators or flash carts it can still be detected as not the original cart data (assuming the system in question can be updated, which none of the 8 or 16 bit systems can be and neither can the original DS).
As far as I know, yes it will work. I do not use USB nfc writers I use tagmo and amiibitz on my android phone so I really can't say for sure other than what I've read about other peoples accomplishments.

There is an updated version of the namiio powersaves software listed on their news page but not on their download page for some reason.

I just heard about this product, however, I am not sure what I need to get. I see two different + 1 set in particular but not sure what the difference is? I just want to use Amiibo (i think they are called bin files) with one reader, not having the need to carry the statues as well.
I see N2Elite USB R/W (29.99) and N2Elite (49.99) and a set that's 79.98. What does each product do? Is there anything cheaper?
