Uh, save managers can't brick you dude. The most they can do is corrupt your data and you should always have a backup if you're using them anyway. Sounds more like a hardware issue to me. Rule of thumb, causation does not equal correlation. Meaning, just because something happened RIGHT after something else does not mean it was the direct cause.

can i have a download link for it that is in a zip with .3dsx and smdh? i would use this as a pokebank and as a PKHeX but i can't find a download libk to just ut ths on my sd card

The database is up to date, it's you that needs to update.

if I get the event, can it be placed to be redistributed by my game? (I remember this possible backk n DPPt, maybe work in HGSS, really not sure about the 3DS games xD)
or that mean the efent from thes HGSS, not for them?:x
