Doubt it, since the game is avaiable in DS mode. The only reason the trilogy got released on the eShop is because it's all three games in one.

Hasn't stopped Capcom from porting games an unnecessary amount of times before.

True. Just look at Zero Punctuations video on Capcom (Resident Evil 4's ports for example).

Believe me, I do want to see it ported, the HD release is one of the few ports where it is a serious upgrade over the pixeled originals, but I'm not too certain whether Capcom will bother to port it or will just hope for the sales in the DS game to go up.

Holy shit. I thought I was the only one who hated Dual Destiny, loved SoJ and love the Apollo Justice game. As for the screen, It looks crisp compared to the trilogy HD ports which is to be expected since AJ was made for the DS and the sprites came from that. Would be weird to see some sprites like Phoenix and the Judge compared to the newer sprites though

my words exactly.Capcom completely ignored Android when they ported the original trilogy(which was a crappy port.)and Dual Destinies(which was actually superior to the 3DS version and even fixed a glitch that gave away a spoiler earlier than it should)on the IOS,and now Android is finally getting an Ace Attorney game,but it's the fourth one,and it's the one that most fans like the least...
