I got into it again once and tried to install menuhax and it said unable to load payload, then I restarted and now when I go in through OoT it is sticking on the yellow flash screen

APM, You don't need any scraps for this. Any part of the Monster will do but the more rare the part, the higher value it will have. For an example, if you want to make the Deviant Zinogre set and have an imported item list, then take ALL Zinogre parts out of the box and then put them back into the box for them to register. The reasons why Scraps are working is because the game doesn't know you own the right monster parts but because you made the scraps post save edit, the game will register those as "owned".
Something wrong/illegal with an item. Eg 3 attack 3 gems on 1 equipment. I had the same problem a few hours ago too lol.
