CHMM2 is a homebrew, and that is what you are having issues with.

Are you using the CIA build or the 3dsx build of the homebrew?

Please go through this section of the forum and see if you can find the main post for CHMM, then proceed to calm yourself down as you made a mistake, then come back when you're willing to accept help.
