You shall maybe add some words about the png encoding with a few colors, because I had problems with the Pokémon GB wallpaper.
I am using Paint.NET for layers. And to export I just flat the image and save it as a png file.
But I figured out that Paint.NET was saving files as Indexed colors, so I had to manually change the color depth (Profondeur de couleur in French) to 32-bit.
I just tried and 16-bit works fine too. Only 8-bit is working bad.

Ye, ye, just don't do it!
It happen to me once using paint.net too. I had to open the img with paint and save it again to fix it. I'll add it. Thanks!

EDIT: Please wait don't download it!!! Somehow it locks my 3DS while loading apps or even before loading the launcher. I'll fix it as soon as i can.
EDIT2: Fixed it. wallapapertop had transparency and i didn't realize. I'll attach the good one.

@JJTapia19 In the op you should put the positions of stuff. For instance the top screen icon (I want to make a theme with someone holding the icon but don't want to try it on my 3ds over and over again). As well as maybe the location of the text so we can make pretty boarders. Please.

Sure! but what could be a good way to integrate it? When we have sound effects and music I could add it too. Maybe a little sentence with the extras it haves below the picture would work?

Added the 48x48 icon below the screenshot. From now theme makers can upload the 48x48 icons picture too and I'll add it with their screenshot to the theme list or when I get the chance I'll extract the icon myself and I'll add it.This would be a good solution:
Since it was announced I've been getting more and more excited for Shin Megami Tensei IV Final, so I made a theme for Masher's homebrew launcher. Feel free to post suggestions on how to improve the theme or edit and re-upload your own config file.
