ROM Hack Need sone help with Pokemon sprites

im trying to put these sprites in a pokemon game for gba but when I load the photo shopped image in over world sprite edditor it says not a 16 bit photo how do i fix this? I have tried saving it as a 16 bit but it still gives me the same error

Bump nvm no one seems to know its hard to believe there's no one on here that knows about sprites but it is what it is thanks anyeay
