I think a sticky "read me first" (or something with a better name, like "Welcome to 3DS homebrew section", "getting started with homebrew", etc.) could be useful.
a place to list existing and useful install tutorial/threads/websites for beginners (both developers or users), like I did on flashcart section (noob thread, first post has (outdated) helpful links lol).
Remember that first posts can be edited and maintained by multiple users too. The thread owner can grant edit rights.
I was away this past week so I'm still catching up with what I missed. I try to update things little by little.
Help is always welcome, so if you feel like making a welcome thread to be stickied, it's with pleasure.
