when can I start forging psychic jewels? i'm up to the 5* quests and it's not on the blacksmith's forge list. (I really want auto tracker!)

It takes 2 black pearls and a sunspire jewel, which can only be obtained from online high rank quests I believe.

so If I get those, will the psychic jewel show up on the forge list? btw, you can get a black pearl from deserted island area 10&11 and you can get a sunspire jewel by mining in the volcano
