Hacking Is it possible to run GC games from the USB or SD?

My computer has some problems burning discs, so could anyone let me know if GC games are playable from the USB or SD?

I heard that the wii locks down all non-GC functions when a GC game is playing, but I'm still hoping for a miracle or some new program that lets it play outside of discs. X(

get a new writer £12-20, itll be cheaper than WODE as GC USB loading is not possible via any other means
